In 2022, Carol created a new messaging platform for this leading provider of windows and doors. Through interviews with clients and internal stakeholder, and review of competitor sites, she helped glean audience insights, identify their perceptional strengths and challenges, and shape their brand's story and characteristics. From there, she developed a messaging framework that included a positioning statement, value proposition, and themes and key messages about the brand. JELD-WEN then engaged Carol for additional content strategy, and help creating an interactive product selection tool for consumers. Finally, Carol and Anitra both assisted with researching and writing a number of thought-leadership pieces to support JELD-WEN’s updated messaging.
